I bought this book not quite knowing what advice it would contain. I thought it may be business strategies, as on the front cover it says BILLIONAIRE in bold letters. What this book is a 9 point plan, firstly explaining how the sub concious mind works and secondly a plan to create goals or as the books suggests, PROMISES.
The first half of the book looks at how the mind, sub concious and conscience mind works. It examines how the mind can work against the fulfilment of your goals, and ... Read More

Having been a "junkie" for motivational material, after a while it all seems the same. But Bill's book was simple, explained how your mind works, and immediately I was able to take his approach and apply it to a problem area for me. already in just one month a huge difference. BUY THIS BOOK!

I am not sure what BILLIONAIRE secrets he is talking about. I was expecting to read about setting up corporations, tax strategies, investments, etc..Instead..the book was like a book on self estreem -- ie, have confidence, make a plan, believe in yourself, take action and you too can become a billionaire. Any self help seminar could have imparted the same advice.

I love the concept he presents on pages 53-56. Making promises is much more effective than setting goals. There is also a wealth of information on how to formulate and implement your promise plan. I saw him speak at the Tom Hopkins Boot Camp in August 2007 and it has stuck with me ever since. I made several promises to myself on the play ride home and have either fulfilled or are working on fulfilling everyone that I wrote down. I highly recommend this book.

This Bill Bartmann book is awesome! ...if only it was complete.
In the Preface you are given a synopsis of Chapter 5, however there is no Chapter 5 in the book.
I believe the hardback version is complete. I am waiting to find out for myself.
