Editorial Review:
Product Description: Chet Holmes helps his clients blow away both the competition and their own expectations. And his advice starts with one simple concept: focus! Instead of trying to master four thousand strategies to improve your business, zero in on the few essential skill areas that make the big difference.
The Ultimate Sales Machine shows you how to tune up and soup up virtually every part of your business by spending just an hour per week on each impact area you want to improveĀsales, marketing, management, and more.

This no nonsense guide to getting more out of your business is a must for everyone.
I am an active real estate consultant and often hear agents and investors who are looking for ways to improve their business. There is no magic bullet, not quick fix, and nothing that will work for everyone. But action and listing to what others have done that has been successful is the fastest and best way to get the success you want and are capable of achieving.

this books gives plenty of great ideas and I've been in sales and marketing for 28 years. It requires more work than most are willing to do, but the ideas are solid. So read it and profit--UNLESS you're in the bargain book business, then I suggest you look elsewhere. :-)

This is a great book on how to sell and develop some good manager skills specifically and other than that it's a good book in general. Holmes taught me a simple and very effective way of managing my time in the first chapter. For that reason alone I would recommend the book (or at least reading the first chapter at the library). Next he discussed better ways to run meetings and get the most productivity out of a team. Additionally, one of his most important insights is that all the great ideas in ... Read More

I am a 30 year Sales veteran. I've built business and served my community. This book reads well, I have recent experience with Chet Holmes International and Business Breakthroughs International. Having gained such wisdom, I hope to save you grief. This organization is great at deception. While they claim quite a lot, and espouse positive industry relationships (self growth, improvement, business expertise) what they are best at is smoke and mirrors. Buy the book, if you like, it contains decent information, ... Read More
